He started losing his hair in his early twenties. During that time, he tried different prescription medication and products. He did a lot of research on all hair transplant options and familiarized himself with all the options available and which options may be right for him. There was just one thing holding him back at 21. He just wasn’t in the right spot financially to be able to handle the investment of a hair transplant. But, he always knew he would get one.
And, he finally did. Thirteen months before he said “I Do.”

“At 28, I had just gotten engaged and my (now) wife and I started the “fun” process for wedding planning. We had set our date. Eighteen months until the biggest day of my life. We went through the planning process, I was basically there just to agree with my wife and make her happy. The venue. The tuxes. The food and cake. The DJ. One by one checking off to-dos before the wedding. Then came time for the discussion of a photographer. My wife kept reminding me it will be the most photographed day of our life. All I kept thinking was my insecurity of my hair loss…
I started losing my hair at the young age of 20. I was dealt the not-so-fortunate hand of bad hair gene genetics. I started doing research by 21 and tried a few options like Rogaine and Finasteride. Fast-forward a few years and my hair loss became even more aggressive. There was no hiding from it. The only set-back was that I was not in the financial situation at that time for that kind of investment. But, I always knew in the back of my head that I would do it one day. That day came thirteen months before my wedding. The years before, I had done my research and found Dr. Misko. He was local and the technology he had was second-to-none. I first scheduled a hair consultation with Dr. Misko and he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He answered all my questions and went through all my options. We decided on the ARTAS Robot.
One year and 3,000 hair graft later, I was walking down the aisle with a full head of hair and confidence I can’t explain. Years from now when we bring out our wedding album, I won’t have to be embarrassed all thanks to the team at JMISKO.
